If you want an unpretenious place to burn the fat then this gym is more than adequate, separate weights room for the body builders means you don't feel intimidated while your on the treadmill or cross trainer.. The guys and girls are really friendly and eager to help and see you achieve.
This is one of the nicest places to work hard and I am glad I dared to go in!
