I enjoyed my visit here. Good portion sizes, tasty and nice atmostphere. We enjoyed a set menu with wine. Came quick but not rushed. Crispy duck delicious.
Very well established and popular Chinese in New Cross. I enjoyed a very reasonable Kung Po chicken with fried rice and salt and pepper ribs for under a tenner. My girlfriend had a special noodles with prawns and chicken. Others of us had pork and duck specials in hoi-sin sauce. Very reasonably priced, very clean, friendly staff. Good food - what more do you want
This takeaway serves decent quality Chinese food. There is a pretty long menu serving a number of nicely well seasoned dishes including the usual crispy shredded beef, sweet and sour prawns and so on.
The best value options are the special noodle or special rice dish which provides a good proportion of meat to vegtables to rice/ noodles for less than £5.
The dry beef ho-fun is particularly tasty too and always served as I like it with “not too much beef”.
Free prawn crackers if your order is over £10 and they deliver if you live within their delivery zone (I think within 2 miles but ring to check).
Friendly staff add to the appeal of this takeway.
Great place if you cannot be bothered to cook ! fast delivery 4/5 times. Great set menu. Only downfall is the staff who sometimes seem a bit testy.
The food is really nice here. I always go for the Chicken in black bean sauce with egg fried rice, and it is always spot on! You can also get 8 small veg spring rolls for a pound which is great. The only let down is that the staff always seems to not want to be there and are not the most friendly in the world.
