I just had to have my hair cut today, but I’m not the kind that can afford Toni and Guy or some other expensive hairdresser, but I don’t want cheap and nasty either. I decided to try out the Supercuts in Bond St Stn and I was quite impressed.

You don’t need an appointment, just turn up and they put your name into the system in order and jump up when it’s your turn. Sometimes they have up to five people waiting at a time, but the time goes quite fast.

They had a mix of guy and girl hairdressers. The girl I had was really nice and understood exactly what I wanted, which to me sounded kinda confusing, but she pulled it off wonderfully and restored my faith in hairdressers after the last one I went to.

And to top it all off, for a woman’s shampoo and cut (I dried it a bit but not a blow-dry) I paid £22. Their prices start from £11.95 and with a blow-dry it would have been £28.
