Nice small shop with tasty bagels and muffins. It's small with just two small tables so it's not a café where you like to spend hours but for a short coffee break it's OK. Nice coffee and tea specialties. Plus there's loads of magazines. In the summer, you can sit outside.
Good quality muffins and bagels for take-away in any case. Bagels are prepared fresh according to your wishes, the muffins are huge and delicious.
Service is nice, you just might have to wait as things are done fresh.
Summary: I agree with Evergreen - to be recommended.
