Tesco Extra

Having not shopped any one of the big stores regularly, this is becoming a bit of a favourite as it’s not to busy at anytime. Handy as I pass it on the way home & those club card points come in handy.

As a superstore goes it's about average, time will tell if it manages to draw the custom from sainsburys 100 metres away or Morrisons & Asda in the town.
As with most new store openings, the staff look like rabbits in head lights as they don't know where anything is.
My reason for shopping here today is to get some beer, at £10 per 24 cans of boddingtons that's a bargin & double points to boot.

With the store now been open for a few weeks, it seems to have levelled out with custom. It's Saturday morning & not very busy. Tried the cafe & the food served is ok & cheap but the coffee is Costa & is a little expensive compared to the food.
In comparison to Sainsbuys cafe I prefer Tescos. The choice is yours!
