I sincerely apologise for the experience you have had using our booking service. At Get Licensed we love our customers, and there are occasions when our customers become upset. I personally take full responsibility and will explore why the training provider cancelled the exam.
May I request you to please send me via email on shahab@get-licensed.co.uk your course / training provider details in an email I will resolve this matter within 24 hours.
Once again, I am more upset that you are about this and I promise to resolve this matter asap.

We did try to contact your partner, he was obviously very upset and later informed us about his criminal record. We did offer him a free re-sit but I guess he contacted the SIA and they informed him that he cannot get an SIA Licence.
It was upsetting to find a customer in misery, felt really bad for him, he was very rude to the phone staff, and racially abusive. I completely understand the frustration and I wish we could do something to help him get the SIA licence.
…….UPDATE……On Tuesday 4th June I rang to speak to Sherwin but was told that he wasn’t in and to ring back in an hour when he would be in, rang back two hours later asked to speak to Sherwin only to be told that he’d didn’t work there anymore as of that morning and was given an e-mail address for arshad at get licensed. Went home an tried to e-mail “arshad” but it wasn’t a valid e-mail address, so rang the next day and spoke to some one called minna who confirmed the e-mail address but said she would e-mail him and also gave me a phone number for someone called yazeed, I received an e-mail from arshad saying it would be looked into, I replied to thank him because I noticed that his results had been changed on the get licensed results page but one of the results was still awaiting so asked how long that would take to change and I am still waiting for a reply to that question a week later. In the mean time I have also spoken to the training provider who informed me that they don’t do security guard courses and they told get licensed that, so apparently get licensed upgraded everybody on that course to a door supervisor but at no point was he informed, now I’ve also noticed on their website that a door supervisor and security guard course are held at the same date, time and venue together so to any body thinking about booking either of these courses please, please, please double and triple check what you’re booking and paying for because I would hate for anyone else to be scammed and robbed of hard earned money like us.

Can you tell me what date and time you tried to call him, he didn’t inform YOU of his criminal record so that’s a blatant lie and at what point did you offer him a re-sit because he hasn’t spoken to you directly it is me that has done all the conversing so that is a blatant lie aswell and by the time he would have sent of for his license his record would have been spent anyway, so no he didn’t contact the SIA. Its funny that there was no reply until he got abusive on the phone and it wasn’t you’re company that he was abusive with, so why are you replying about that, that’s got nothing to do with you, thats another story altogether!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So everyone out there reading this, watch this space!!!!
You are obviously very upset and we would like to help you instead of arguing with you on a forum which is not going to benefit you or us in anyway.
I am not going to waste any time defending our organisation or blaming your partner for being abusive as that has already happened.
We only win this situation if your partner gets what he has paid for, I am sure you would want the same?
