I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service recieved by Get Licensed. I have read your review and do understand your point, however you agreed to our terms and conditions before signing up and paying for the course.
We can only have a limited number of people on a course and when a seat is booked we cannot refund unless we cancel the course, very much like an airline ticket, again this is stated very clearly in our terms and conditions which you agreed.
I can see that you have made a genuine mistake by booking your son on a course he did not want to attend and as an exception I will approve your refund and bear the loss caused by an error on your part.
At Get Licensed we stand by our values.

Mr Anthony Milner Samples was brilliant. He gave examples from the real life incidents which proved to be more effective and intrusting then the actual course material. His knowledge, experience, skills, interest and commitment were above the sky. I would recommend to all my friends to book the course to have the opportunity to get trained

I took Door Supervisor Course in Leeds. The tutor was Mr J. Daly.
I really enjoyed the course. Mr Daly delivered the course information the most professional way that possible. As I am not British for me was very important that tutor was speaking in clearly understandable English Language. The course was useful and I would everyone recommend to take Mr J. Daly course.

I am very sorry that you feel that way about Get Licensed. I totally understand the reasons for your delays however this is a regulated qualification with strict rules about timings/contact hours. If you do not meet the full contact hours we cannot allow you to sit the exam or else we will jeopardise the qualification for everyone on that course.
We also make it very clear in the joning instructions that “full attendance will be required”.
I do understand your frustration and 30 min don’t seem that long, but as a responsible training provider we have to stick to the rules and guidelines laid out by the SIA and the Awarding Organisation.
