Review of Sushi Em from 5 November 2011

1hr 40 minutes for delivery (after being told 1 hour maximum) Called after 1 hr 10 to check and see what was happening – no apology, he’s on his way. Called again after 1 hr 30 minutes to cancel order – response: that’s fine, I’ll let the driver know (no apology – didnt seem to care). 10 minutes later the driver turned up at the house – we turned him away.
