A debt of gratitude to Mark and his team for a fantastic service in what can only be described as difficult times.

From the moment I spoke to Mark it became apparent why he excels, offering quality moving advice and hints & tips. Aside from the usual hurdles faced when moving house,  on Saturday 23rd March the country was snowed in. Given we were moving on the afternoon of Tues 26th March, I was getting anxious at the prospect of moving. Ever the professional, Mark kept in touch and what happened next can only be described as above and beyond the call of duty. On Monday Mark went out of his way to ensure he was able to travel between the main roads and our collection and delivery address. Mark even dropped in to say hello.

Mark's team headed by Howard arrived on time with their big Luton Box Van, outlined the loading strategy and got straight into moving our goods. Again credit where credit is due, despite the freezing cold conditions Howard and co. worked tirelessly from start to finish not even stopping for a coffee break.

A big thank you for the exceptional service and without doubt would have no hesitation in recommending.

we used Mark for second time after using his service last year. because of that my old review stands and i can't put a new one (or maybe i'm not IT savvy enough!)
in any case, he was a last minute life savier and came after were verbally abused and let down by another company (i don't want to say any names, but they subcontract every single driver, whih really affects their service).
mark came in, helped us out and was as efficient as possible. this was all on saturday afternoon/evening and we realise all to well he had to sacrifice his private life to make it happen.
