I like being here, the service is great. This place has a class but the prices are average. Definitely worth the visit.

Great place for parties of any kind! Spacious restaurant with live entertainment and karaoke facilities! The most important thing for me in every restaurant is the food! Food in Sobranie is absolutely delicious and I can hardly name the best one among all I ve tried. It is really rare when every dish is so well cooked. I love dinning out and have several favourite places in town where I am happy to go for a certain food such as great steak or delicious tiramisu. I am happy to go to Sobranie for everything starting with horseradish homemade vodka accompanied by salo with brown bread and amazing salads and pelmeni that are defenetly been cooked in house not bought in a local Russian or polish shop. This place is the best for Russian food!!! Not cheap though but worth it.

food nice, but we were the only 2 people in (sat down at 20:00 hrs) on a Monday evening. also a little pricey. service was good (nothing else to do?)

Great traditional russian cuisine with classics like borcsh and steamed dumplings. Wonderful russian singer on selected days and the service is great.

once you there you will enjoy the Russian hospitality,food,vodka and music! This is my favourite russian restaurant with delicious home-made pelmeni and borsch!I like everything about Sobranie: food,service,entertainment, but my favourite part of the evening is KARAOKE time! I am not a great singer :))) but I like to sing along with my friends and enjoy the moment when we get 80 point for our group singing :) This place is full of good energy and atmosphere! recommended!

i am a regular visitor to this Russian place and every time i enjoyed the food! Last time i invited my colleges to Sobranie to try a good russian food and they all loved it especially pelmeni and borsht. They also were happy to see the russian folk singer in a traditional costume and made lots of pictures with her! when it comes to kalinka-malinka song they all dance- it was a great fun! I think that Sobranie is the best Russian restaurant in London!

My husband and me were not impressed with “Sobranie” restaurant at all, actually we were very disappointed.
We both love traditional Russian food and usually travel back to Russia twice a year and eat out every day in different restaurants.
So, we decided to try Russian restaurant in London and we were really looking forward to have a good food and enjoy the evening.
It was Saturday night and it was empty for the start. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and hard. We both had 2 course meal there. The food was not a good quality, very small portions and extremely overpriced.
The service was poor as well, my main course was extremely salty so I had to complain but nothing have been done about it (no dish swap or discount on the bill) and they added £6 service charge. “Pelmeni” (meat dumplings) was not home maid but bought cheaply from the Russian shop. The beer is £5 and my drink –apple juice was just a sweet water with no taste at all.
There was also an impression that it was quick in and out as they kept coming every minute to take an order.
We end up spending over £70 and came out hungry searching for another restaurant, this is considering that we are not a big eaters at all .
We will never go there ever again .

Nice place for parties! Very spacious,good decor, plenty of space for dancing, karaoke at the bar! I love this new Russian restaurant! The food is well cooked and the prices are not high. A bottle of russian vodka here is cheaper than in other russian places in town. Good selection of georgian wines-worth trying,because its better than french in my opinion, but not many people know about it. I would recommend to share startes-they all are really nice and the porsions are big enough for sharing. from the main I would go for russian pelmeni or chicken tabaka! Enjoy!

A Russian farytale! We had an unforgetable evening there. The beautiful Russian female singer touched our hearts. The food was delicious! We are italians and know a lot about tasty food- that was it! Chiken Kiev was something to die for! Very nice experience!

My friend recommend this place to me saying that this is the best russian restaurant in town. So I decided to have a dinner their on a Friday night. Me and 4 of my friends came there around 9pm. The restaurant was almost full,and because we didn’t book a table in advance we had to sit a bit far from the stage with the live music….We started with traditional Russian vodka, Olivier,shuba,pickles and beef tongue. For the mains we ordered chiken tabaka and pelmeni. I must say that everything was very tasty! We really enjoyed the evening!

I love this place! Very clean,friendly atmosphere, delicious food! I would recommend to try my favourite dish- chicken tabaka! I also love russian salad and pancakes. Good value for money!

I loved this place from the first time I came there. I went to this restaurant for the third time last Friday and enjoyed the atmosphere again! The live music was fantastic and the food was delicious as usual!

Beautiful place with super friendly staff and delicious food! Russian pancakes were amazing and of course borsh- beetroot soup! The girl who plaid violing was very professional and I felt as if I was on the concert! Really enjoyable evening! Greatly recommend this place!

The best Russian restaurant in London! Great value for money! The perfect place to celebrate your birthday or any other occasion. The food is great, the service is good and the live music is really nice!

I am from Latvia,but now I live in London. Me and my friends were searching for a place to celebrate the New Year. We found this new restaurant on Internet and decided to try it first before making a booking for the party. We came to this place on Thursday evening. Nicely decorated for christmas and new year- big christmas tree in the bar area looks amazing! We ordered traditional Russian salad( a must for new year party), coated herring,cheese bread( hachapyri) and warm duck salad for starters. For mains we had Russian pelmeni,rack of lamb and chicken Kiev. Everything came on time and we found the food really tasty. Nice music on the background, very welcoming staff. We will definitely book a table for a New Years Eve.

Expensively decorated in a contemporary style with dark woods and red leather sofas. A cocktail at the smart bar would be a great start. Seafood fans should try escargots, mussels or herring.Meat lovers should go for rack of lamb!!!

Nice place in the centre of London,close to Victoria station. We went there for after theatre dinner and enjoyed the meal. The lamb was delicious,the portion-big enough and it costs only £11.00 My husband tried guliash in a bread bowl-tasty and unusual presentation! Very cosy atmosphere, and we will definitely come back especially because they are planning to have a live jazz music!!
