My wife and I are frequent diners at your restaurant in the South Terminal at Gatwick , travelling about Ten times a year, always eating at your restaurant ,which is at present closed ,and now having to eat in
what could possibly be mobile quarters.
The complaint i wish to make is the extortionate increase in the Wine and the Crab Salad hence the name
of the heading to this letter.
I do not expect the loss of two customers will make any difference to you , but the friends we have to whom we will pass on this information will amount to just a few hundreds.
A very disappointed

This is my regular pitstop on flights between the UK and France and I'm never disappointed either by the service or the quality of the food. I usually order the Classic Salmon Balik and a glass of pink champagne - a match made in Caviar House & Prunier heaven. Simple, clean, delicous. Okay it's not cheap, but it's quality. It feeds the soul as well as the body.

I quite agree that the prices have been hiked by outrageous amounts. However, that would almost be bearable if the food placed in front of us were of the highest quality.
Sad to report, it just isn’t. The place has now become yet another pre-prepared fast-food outlet, with extremely disappointing food.
Sorry Champagne & Seafood Bar, you used to be so good, Nick
