Review of Domex UK from 28 November 2012
Great service. I've had to use Domex twice very recently for two broken appliances. Both times, they turned up when they said they would, and both (different) guys who came were very polite and good at explaining the problems. In one case, they needed to order a part and come back to install it (they were able to come quite late in the evening which gave me time to get home from work - excellent!) and the other time, they fixed the machine on the spot.

Fixed price repairs (besides parts) are great for peace of mind, too. Can't fault them - really professional.

Review of Domex UK from 7 July 2011

Very pleased with the service all around. Charges were fair, engineer turned up on time and repaired my Neff Washing Machine on the first visit. Wish all companies are as efficient as you. Keep up the good work Domex.
