Offensive content?
I had a problem with my last visit to EAT at Gatwick North Terminal.
I paid for some goods I bought there on 26/09 before boarding my flight.
I was charged £11.85 which I paid for with my debit card.
Then the female attendant told me that the payment had not gone through because the machine had run out of receipt paper, so I had to pass the debit card again.
I asked her if she was charging me twice for the goods and she definately said no.
On reveiwing my bank statements back home I can now clearly see the payment has been taken twice.
Please pass on my coments to the management team to see if anything can be done.

I love this shop. its good for a bite to eat before you flight, but also its good value to buy a sandwich and eat it on the plane, they are really tasty and fresh and a lot cheaper and than buy the food they serve on the plane.

Went to this shop in the late afternoon before my flight ,had a cappuccino and a really tasty steak and cheese toasted sandwich.Staff was very kind and quick to serve us and to toast my sandwich and coffee was served at same time.We just didnt feel very comfortable in the seats, chairs would be better.But still it was a good experience, and pleasant atmosphere.
