I can only judge on the quality of service at the bar, as I stopped on my way to Munich to take a coffee and eat a cake. Honestly, everything was a disaster. Upon our arrival we were ignored during 20 minutes, needed to signal the staff that we were waiting. We ordered “Apfelstrudel” (apple cake) with cream. The Apfelstrudel was disgusting. The cream was sour. Old and sour. I can judge on the quality of Apfelstrudel, being Austrian. :) We returned the cakes and were invited to our coffee. A nice gesture, thanks a lot. However, the overall experience was one of “not caring” for the customer. I have no intention to ever return there. Very disappointing experience.
