It takes a leap of faith, given they are in Germany, however the reviews online reduced my skepticism. All of my emails were answered thoroughly and the process very easy. I got to help with the layout of my album, and let the final product be completed by a professional. The finished product is lovely, and it did not require a second mortgage to afford. I would definitely use this company again!

The album that I received is a work of art delivered on very high quality materials. It is actually the best wedding album that I have ever seen. The printing technology is very impressive, I didn’t realise that it was possible to produce an album like this. This company is very good at the process of delivering the product and responding to the customer’s preferences. They were very helpful to me, I chose their design service and they arranged the photos according to my style preferences. I requested several changes to the display and they responded efficiently to this. Sweet Memory Albums is a fair business and I consider them to be very reliable.

I am very impressed with this business and the excellent product that is produced by Sweet Memory Albums. Fritz made it so easy for me to feel comfortable putting my album together with the web site software combined with his design expertise. He continued to be patient with my changes until I was satisfied with the album. The album itself is more beautifully produced than any other wedding album that I have seen. The prices are fair and I did not feel like I was paying more than I should have. Often prices are hiked up for services associated with the wedding industry. I did not feel like this was happening with Sweet Memory Albums. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I are so glad we found Sweet Memory Albums.  After our photographer said he was too busy to make our album, and it was going to take him several months to finish it, we decided to go online and do some research on our own to find the best option to have our wedding album assembled at a reasonable price.  After the research, it didn’t take us long to decide we were going to try Sweet Memory Albums.  After all, if we were not satisfied, we could return the album.  Fritz did a wonderful job with our pictures.  The whole process was very easy and flexible.  Fritz was always open for suggestions to ensure that we got what we wanted.  He also helped us by giving us ideas to make our album even more beautiful.  I was amazed by the outstanding quality of the craftsmanship!  I recommend Sweet Memory Albums to my family and friends.   

After receiving a quote of $3,500 from our New York-based photographers for a wedding album (that they would design, with limited input from us!), I was determined to find a service that would allow me to create my own. After searching extensively online, the only place that would do flushmount albums for people who were not photographers or studios was Sweet Memory Albums - and I'm so glad they do!

Fritz was a pleasure to work with - aside from the many adjustments we made to the album, I believe he sent over 14+ different cover options until I felt it was perfect.

While you may not get the options you might at a higher end store (my parent's album has ridiculously thick pages with gold edges), for the price, the quality cannot be beat.

My husband and I absolutely adore our album. When we first noticed how reasonable the prices were we were skeptical. But my sister had her album made and we were speechless! It was absolutely beautiful. So we quickly followed suit and couldn't be any happier with it. WOW - My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Sweet Memory Albums!  We just received our album and it is absolutely PERFECT.  We have never seen such a professional and beautiful product - the pictures were so clear it felt like they were real, the pages were sturdy, and the cover was so rich and elegant, even using the artificial leather.  Fritz was amazing to work with.  We were very picky about every detail of each picture and would change our minds about the order or things like that, and he was so patient.  We would contact him every time we had an idea or thought, and he would have our revised proof ready the next day.  It really allows you to make the album what YOU envisioned.  We live in the US and yet it was so easy to do everything via email.  Also, we loved that you don't have to give any credit card information until you've received the album!  It gave us the confidence to take a chance on this company and we are so glad we did.  We will be sharing our very high recommendation with all our family and friends.  Thank you so much!

I love my weddng album!!! I had Sweet Memory Albums design my album for me. We worked together and made several adjustments along the way. Their response was very prompt each time we communicated and the end result was just what I wanted!

I have been EXTREMELY pleased with this company, producing the most magnificent wedding album for my daughter. It was a destination wedding and the colors in the sky were just perfect and the blue of the ocean to die for. Hubert always answered my emails promptly – and there were many of them. Both my daughter and I searched for any little hairs out of place or anything not just right and it was corrected promptly. We were very critical of every page. Everyone who sees the album marvels at how beautiful it is.

I spent a lot of time researching the best company to make my flushmount wedding album and decided to go with Sweet Memory Albums because their pricing was very reasonable, the reviews were good and I liked the designs on the site. I live in Dubai, UAE – so was very apprehensive about going with a company in Germany but it turned out for the best and three months after my first contact with Fritz from Sweet Memory, I now have my stunning wedding album which my husband and I are over the moon with. He is an excellent designer and the layout is exactly what I was looking for. He was also more than happy to make any changes I wanted to the design during the mock up stages. I didn’t choose a leather cover, but the cover I have is beautiful and you definitely wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. I have a white padded cover, with silver ingrained text. The quality of the images is great – not sure if its the best in the market as this is my first album to be printed flush mount, but I am completely satisfied with it. The colours are vibrant and the pages lie completely flat as promised. Fritz was also very helpful and very responsive. All in all, i would rate my experience with Sweet Memory 5/5 and I would definitely use them again – maybe for a baby album if we have kids!

Every one of these reviews is spot on — those in the U.S. should have no hesitation working with Sweet Memory Albums in Germany! It seemed to make absolutely no difference as far as the time to send information and have the album shipped (my albums were shipped 12/20 and I received them in plenty of time for Christmas). Communication with Fritz and his team was a breeze, too. I always received a response within 24 hours. I have gotten so many compliments on the beautiful album we received and have recommended this company to everyone I can think of.

I think the cost is spot-on for the quality of the album you receive. The photos are printed right to the page on thick sheets. The two-page spreads are beautiful and the crease is no issue. I have a background in page layout/graphic design, so I was very particular about how I wanted my layout to look. Fritz and his team were always very accommodating to the changes I requested.

I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the work and working with Fritz and his team. Plus, you don’t have to pay up front! There’s no risk associated. I would work again with Sweet Memory Albums in a heartbeat.

We recently got married and decided that we wanted a great quality album but we couldn’t justify spending a small fortune on an album from the photographer we had.

After searching the internet we found Fritz at Sweet Memory Albums. After uploading some pictures we got some great looking sample spreads back.
We did want some changes made and Fritz was very helpful, quick to respond and had a great eye for the kind of album design that we wanted.

We definately had the right man for the job so we went ahead and uploaded all our pictures. Very patiently Fritz made all our requested changes and we ordered our album. We recieved it just before Christmas which was a bonus to be able to show family and friends and the quality of the pictures and the album manufacture is EXCELLENT, you really can’t fault it.

I adore my wedding album from Sweet Memory Albums. I had long envisioned having a high quality flush mount album with journalistic style layout to memorialize our wedding day. Our photographer provided us with wonderful digital images but could not offer us an album, and I then had a difficult time finding a company in the US who would produce the album I desired for personal use (as I am not a professional photographer). I came across the Sweet Memory Album website and was impressed with the site and the sample layouts I received from Fritz (who I assume is designer/owner/operator for Sweet Memory Albums). I was skeptical about ordering from another country, and skeptical about the lack of reviews online, but I felt the prices were competitive and I truly desired the style of album that was offered. Fritz is a talented designer and I was very pleased with the layouts. He was highly professional and prompt in all of his responses to my emails. He made several edits based on my suggestions, and once I gave the final approval on the layout/design, it took about 4 weeks to receive the album, as promised. I received my album today, and it is amazingly beautiful and high quality. I am proud to show it off to my friends and family, and I know we will treasure this album for the rest of our lives. Even the packaging in which the album came was put together with a lot of care, which meant a lot to me. I am so pleased to have this beautiful keepsake of the best day of my life.

I got married 5 years ago, and at the time we didn’t have the extra money to get a album from the photographer. So when we were ready to order one I did a lot of research. I found Sweet Memory albums and I was a little hesitant because they are not in the USA, but after communicating with Fritz, I knew I was dealing with a reputable company. I requested the sample layout and was very impressed. I could not be happier with the customer service from Fritz, he was so easy to work with, even with all my requests and changes. Fritz always had timely responses with my questions. I received my wedding album last week and the minute I opened it I was speechless, it is GORGEOUS! To say I was impressed would be a understatement, it really brought tears to my eyes. The quality and craftsmanship of the album is top-notch, the pictures are very high quality, I ordered the 11.8×11.8 and they do not look grainy, or blurry at all, and the pages are made of a thick card stock.
We are so in love with the album, and I would recommend Sweet Memory albums to anyone who is looking to purchase a high quality album. The prices are very reasonable and I am so glad we didn’t pay the overpriced album fee from our photographer! This album was totally worth the 5 year wait, and we are so happy to have such a beautiful album to relive our wedding day.

I received my album from Sweet Memory Albums a few days ago, and am completely blown away with the workmanship and quality of the album and the print. The printing can make or break any photography job, and Sweet Memory Albums absolutely made mine. The ordering service was straightforward, helpful, personal and enjoyable. When I received the package in the mail, I could tell by the way the album was packaged and wrapped, that the person who made it took pride in their work.
