Busy Texaco garage on Mains Lane. Well stocked little shop with papers, sweets, sandwiches, pies and basic grocery supplies. Also charcoal, fire wood and car accessories such as air fresheners, de-icer and oil. There's an Alliance and Leicester cashpoint machine on the wall outside and a jet style car wash. Efficient and friendly staff serve you with a smile. The only downside to it is that if you are heading towards Singleton when you leave the garage the road is really busy and can take quite a while to cross especially at peak times.
