Pizza Hut (UK)

ive eaten at this place they have nice food and drink i prefer the combo platter more than the pizza itself but thats just me im not a big pizza fan. the staff are friendly the service is not so good one time io had to wait 30 minutes or more in a que of people while waiting for tables to be empty not so good when you have a impatient child. i think they should have some sort of child erea to keep children quiet lol. the place is clean and the carpark is great the only good thing about pizza hut in dudley is the erea where it is situated. there ore lots of fun places close by like the cinema and bowlaplex and the bostin fittle etc but overall i wouldnt dine here again

Well situated right next to Showcase cinema so can get very busy as many visit before going to see an evening movie. Good pizza’s, not to sure about the pasta - I think they should stick to pizza hut rather than pasta hut! Very helpful and friendly staff. Starters and puddings are rather expensive for what they are. Can work out expensive if you all have different pizza’s/mains best to share the larger pizza’s for a more reasonable price. Make sure you choose the refillable soft drinks for extra savings. Take away available.

this is a good place if you like pizza ill try every place but this isint a bad place clean nice staff thats what we like so i dont mind going back here to try again

Situated on Castlegate Park near cinema/bowling etc. Very good place with very friendly staff, same as any usual pizza hut. Due to its location it can get very busy on an evening so i’d recommend going and asking how long the wait is before attempting to decide that your ready to eat.

This is one of the best brancjes of pizza hut i have been to.The staff are helpful and happy. The food is served in a good time and is always very fesh. Your not made to feel rushed or as if you are on a conveyor belt.Great atmosphere and ideal for young and old alike!

I love pizza hut but this particular branch is really good. The waiting times are very low, most times you will get a table straight away, the staff are attentive and helpful and there is plenty of room between tables and a good selection of pizzas. They also offer a takeaway service again with a low waiting time and a comfortable area to sit and wait.

The staff are very good with children and the whole place has more of a family atmosphere than any other of the other Pizza huts i have visited

Pizza Hut doesnt need much explanation. Most of the Pizza hut chains now have been refurbished since being sold to the YumYum group.
This Pizza Hut on Castle Gate park is surrounded by other restaurants and places such as Showcase cinema, and Bowplex (Bowling).
The restaurant is quite smart looking now, the staff are as ever always friendly and they are very child friendly to offering a seperate menu.
For those of you who dont know Pizza hut offer you different bases: Thin, thick, and stuffed. Then simply put on whatever you want.
The starters and desserts are nice but are overpriced.

Specifically - on this visit recently the staff were very friendly and made everyone laugh, and the food was served very quickly without problems. Pizza hut also carry out regular mystery shopping assignments to check everything is upto scratch!
