This is possibly the best alternative to Subway that I know of. They offer a wide variety of fast foods, but also some lunch menus and if I remember correct pasta. You can even buy the good old British triangular sandwiches in a box.
Here how it goes:
You get to choose the bread and the things you want on it.
You can also order a wrap which is absolutely fantastic.
And you should really take a desert (chocolate brownie).
Tip: from the triangular sandwiches try the tune fish; and from the wraps try the Chicken Tikka
