Terribly slow service with no sense of urgency from the two assistants despite the queue of customers growing quite long. Signing unclear as to which till to go to with faulty goods and as a result, I waited to be served for 15 minutes to be then told that I was in the wrong queue and would have to join at the end of the correct queue. On my return home I rang the store to give feedback and was unable to get anybody to speak to.

A small marks and spencer, small food section, small clothes section, friendly staff. It seems to stock the 'essentials’ for those that love M&S. I f you’re looking for a shop with a bit more range you’d be better trying the Bradford branch or if you’ve the time Pudsey.

An extremely average Marks and Spencers… Doesn’t have much of a selection of clothes and doesn’t stock per uno or the limited collection.

There is a small food area - which is fine if you want to buy a few bits and pieces but it doesn’t have masses of choice.

If you want one of Marks and Spencers better stores you are better off jumping in your car and going to their Pudsey store!
