We traveled with them 3 years ago to a villa that cost about £6000 for two weeks, they were incredibly rude bordering on the abusive. It was the time of heightened terrorist activity at airports and I emailed them to say we might be late, the answer was obnoxious and unhelpful to say the least. When we arrived at the vills (in the South of France) the owners were having dinner, which was so strange and naff. They had dropped melon and ham all over the floor and left it for us to pick up as they gave us the keys and left. Obviously if we had been late (due to no fault of own) it would have interfered with their Saturday night! The villa was only OK and pretty filthy.. it went down from there but that is another story. BUT it was Dominique's Villas extremely rude, unhelpful attitude that surprised me the most. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

WE WOULD BE MOST INTERESTED TO KNOW WHO HAS WRITTEN THIS MESSAGE. Being obnoxious, unhelpful, rude and nearly abusive is not exactly our trademark! We have been around for 25 years and although it would be impossible to say that 100% of our clients are 100% satisfied each time (problems can occur), we always deal with problems efficiently and politely. Do get back to us. Dominique.
You did not help us that time and were most disinterested, it was something that always bothered me. The owners of the villa then tried to invent things we had broken when we left. It was a nightmare. I also had to contact you many times to ask you to stop sending us brochures through the post, because frankly after the treatment we received - it was an insult. Is n't this what review websites are for? unbiased, honest opinions! Efficiently and politely, I don't think so.
