NPC Systems

Al has been round to our house  a number of times now to sort out our computer problem. He inherited a bunch of differentlap tops and a far from functioning broadband system which he has painstakingly sorted out for us. He does it all with a smile, and a sense of humour. He comes when he says he will and even comes round evenings and weekends to fit in with busy work lives. He went out of his way to come past our house and sit in his car testing the system remotely so heknewnit was still working for us . I would fully recommend al to anyone - but particularly someone like me who knows nothing about computers but just wants them working perfectly . More importrantly he will stay with you t make sure its all working and NEVER makes you feel stupid fior not the  technical  stuff. Thanks Al. 

I agree with all those who have nothing but praise for Al at NPC Systems. When your hard drive fails with your life on it, you are in a bad place! Al, who owns the company, offered immediate help the same day and remained in the office at least 2 hours after normal closing time to rescue all my data. Where else can you find service like that? Brilliant! He also offers sound advice which you know is NOT motivated by what he can sell you but what is best for you. He has now set me up with a reliable Dell desktop as a safety back-up to my laptop. With computers you need somebody who is both professionally competent and trustworthy. Al is both and extremely pleasant to deal with.

I Have nothing but good words to say about NPC Systems – Amazing quick and friendly service and always willing to help us out! He saved our whole computer system and completley restore my computer back to how i left it, after 5 other computer companies told me i had ‘The blue screen of death’ and my computer was now hopeless. In under an hour he completley cleared my virus, restoring the PC and adding the full package of Internet Security whilst all our important data and files were still as before it crashed! Also re-fills our ink at a very small cost compared to other high street shops!

Cannot fault this! The man is extremley talented.

NPC computers is a fantasic service that offered under a quarter of the price that PC world offered me for removing a simple virus. Not only that but instead of convincing me to invest in expensive anti-virus software, I was advised on how to maintain my computer in the future at no extra cost! This no frills business offers top quality customer service and has a perfect, central location. I believe it is important to support local business, especially one that does such a good job.

Al provides a quick and personalised service. He's done the following for us, and we've been happy with his work:
1. replaced broken laptop screen
2. replaced defective router and re-established internet connection
3. replaced motherboard, upgraded the memoy so basically re-built an old computer which now works fine
4. added more memory to old desktop computer

The services offered at the shop are highly professional . Comparitively the products on sale are cheaper than other shops. The website has a wide range of products and services.The owner is helpful , friendly and very professional.

This shop is inadequate in providing for all the computer services of summertown, while the shop owner is very pleasant I think there is a lack of professionalism in the shop The products sold are quite high in price considering in town you can get it for much cheaper. There is a quite "naff" feel about the shop as well, Potentially this shop could have done really well but I think it has suffered from poor management.
