I have just left university and looking back, I am glad that I chose to rent my accommodation from A-Team as they were quick with the application process and the customer service was brilliant!! :) anyone who is struggling to find good student accommodation should definitely put A-Team as your first choice, I know I would every single time! I have never had any problems with their service in the years which I stayed in their apartments :) so a big thumbs up to A-Team !! :)

I would not recommend A Team Properties. When we first started renting there were numerous problems with the house, some of which didn't get fixed for weeks which resulted in further problems. There were marks all over the walls left by previous tenants and the tap had actually been running for over 48 hours as they had obviously forgotten to turn it off when they were "cleaning," in a related note the bathroom cleaner they used stunk the entire house out (all 2 floors of it) for WEEKS. When I tried to contact the landlord regarding some of the more major issues by sending A Team Properties an email that they could forward to the landlord I got quite a rude call saying that my email portrayed them in a bad light! Well of course it would - the problems went unfixed for weeks and they had done nothing! This year (my final year of student letting! Thank god!) we have moved to another letting agency and I'm much happier with them.

    As we call all our tenants every week, yes every week as part of our courtesy call policy, I am surprised to read that problems went unresolved for weeks? We are UNIPOL accredited, are part of the UNIPOL code and if you look at all the other reviews about our company across all review sites we score very highly. In fact in 2012/2013 academic year we had a 74% re-sign rate. As for being a first time student I was incredibly impressed by the handy guide they gave me upon moving in to my property. Their staff provide a friendly service and they have rung me so far week on week to ask about any problems I've encountered.  Debbie is very friendly and provides a personal and professional service and so far I've had no problems!    The shower broke as one of the pipes bust but A-Team sent a handy man out within a day! Will definitely be resigning based on my experience so far!

I am a landlord in the Leeds area and have been delighted with the service A-team has provided for the last 3 years. My property has been tenanted throughout and any maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recommend there professional service to anyone!!!

These guys are ace :)! Debbie in the office is always friendly and helpful! This is my first year out of halls got a pretty lush house on Headingley Mount…oh yes! Went bills inc too but you do need to be a bit careful not to use it too much or Debbie gives you the call ooopps! Overall ace company and ace house and yup we’ve resigned :P xxx

I am a student who is now living in leeds. I was overwhelmed by the sudden choices and descisions i had to make when moving from halls into private accomodationl. Luckily i found A Team properties who talked me through everything and were helpful and friendly throughout. Having lived in a house managed by A Team properties for 2 years i can honestly say they have been a pleasure to deal with.

I am currently a student studying in Leeds and living in Headingley. I dont know why the previous reviewer has put such a bad review about A Team properties because i think there ace!!!
I am now in my third year and have let a house off the A-Team for the last two years and have never had any problems with them, they have the best houses, at the cheapest prices, and the lowest deposits compared to other letting agencies.
Regards too the customer service the A-Team deliver is 5-Star, if i have ever had a problem it has been sorted straight away and always had sevice with a smile.
LETTING FROM THE A TEAM = HAPPY DAYS :-)

I have unfortunately been a living in a house managed by A Team properties. It has been the worst experience of renting I have ever had. Very unprofessional staff, unhelpful, and promises made by them never happen.
I would advise any one unfortunate enough to find themselves stuck in a tenancy with them to check their rights, challenge them officially through the courts and to only have any contact with them in writing.
Any verbal contact with them will result in you being bullied, shouted at, intimidated and ends up being a very stressful experience, all because they cannot manage properties as per their promises.
DO NOT RENT FROM A TEAM – CHECK ALL REVIEWS ONLINE.

    I agree.. this tenant obviously didnt get there own way lol. Personally I have never been bullie or shouted at and certainly not intimidated by Debbie!! And ringing every week is unhelpful.. Haters gun’ hate!! But A Team rocks!
