I think my experience of this place is probably a little coloured by the fact that I went as part of a large group, which meant having to choose from a set menu.
The restaurant serves Swiss cuisine which, according to my German hosts, is a better version of German food. The service is somewhat slow (and occasionally grumpy!) and the food was pretty average. As I mention above, we were part of a large group, which often stumps restaurants in terms of getting good quality food out, so maybe I’m being unfair.
My main dish of pork covered in pancetta was overcooked, although the pancetta had been crisped expertly enough to suggest that the overcooking may have been a result of having to coordinate a large group’s meal.
On a positive note, the non-alcoholic mango colada cocktail was so delicious, I ended up drinking three during the meal.
