Review of Sheriff Lodge from 21 November 2011

Hello!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Sheriff Lodge.

Kate & Alan are the most accommodating, friendly hosts I have ever experienced. A team of us stayed there as we were doing an event nearby and all of us would definitely stay again!

Everything from the warm welcome, delicious breakfasts and extremely comfortable and well appointed rooms make this B&B deserve 5 stars. (If I could give 10 I would)

If you are planning to visit Matlock this is definitely the place to stay..you will be missing out if you don’t!

Review of Sheriff Lodge from 16 December 2010

This Bed and Breakfast is one of the best in the area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent decor. The best feature is the huge beds (7ft).

The house itself is a pretty Edwardian town house and has ample car parking.

The one thing you will remember is the breakfast. It is fantastic. In fact it is so good the local tourist board have given it an award.

I have stayed here 4 times now and would not stay anywhere else when coming to Peak District.

Kate and Alan are very friendly and will recommend local places for evening meals.
