Don't have laser tattoo removal here! they use a very basic cheap machine that doesn't work anywhere near as well as their old machine

I went to thou art due to its good reputation, the owner Jim recommended a young tattooist called Tom for a tribal sleeve so went with him and all started good. After the first 4-5 hour stint had heeled, I noticed that he hadn't been completely neat with lines, going outside of them sometimes and the positioning not being parallel on my arm etc... I then asked Jim to finish the job off, he did a completely different pattern which clashes and looks really tacky and unprofessional. From then I tried to contact Tom on Facebook making him aware of my dissatisfaction- no reply. I had no reply what so ever, so I tested him! I wrote to him asking for more work and he replied within an hour!

Overall a bad experience, paying £70/hour for what was no more than a half qualified apprentice. I'm sure they've done some great work, but its worrying when the boss of the place a) recommends a poor tattooist who only comes in on Fridays, and b) does a bad job himself!

Very professional and friendly service.
They don't rush you, are helpful and very knowledgeable too.
My piercer was Tom who knew exactly what I wanted and got it right first time.
Really good after care advice too.
Definitely recommend this place.

been here a few times, staff are polite, friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs which makes the whole experience a better one. great place and very professional. very skilled artists, i always recomend them!
