Counselling and Therapy in Ealing London W5 with Sandra Zecevic-Gonzalez

I attended therapy because my relationship was breaking down. I didn't expect much from therapy. I had attended therapy previously and felt very patronised by the therapist, I knew exactly where they were trying to take me. So, at my wits end, I approached PVTherapies and met Ms. Zecevic very sceptical. She really took her time to listen, understand the situation and her insights and what seem to be CBt perspectives really made sense to me, they opened the door for me to look at things in a new way. In only 8 sessions, I was really able to get a lot from teh therapy which has impacted my relationship. Don't get me wrong, I still have a lot to sort out, but this therapy really helped me take some practical steps to improve this relationship. Taking responsibility for my 'stuff' and my behaviours and how this was impacting my partner. Best investment I have made i a long time.
