This recently refurbished sauna offers gentlemen of all ages and sizes a respite from their hectic lives. A good jacuzzi,lovely steam room and sauna and plenty of comfortable seating and relaxing areas spread over several floors.
Tucked away from the main part of Newport,but gifted with some parking and just off the M4 this is surprisingly large and smart after a drab and small looking exterior. The staff are very friendly and certainly do offer “a welcome in the hillside” as well as a selection of snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices.

NB If you are travelling a distance then we can recommend the Travel lodge at Magor,although the breakfast is a bit of a pleb free for all,but you could then enjoy a trip further up the motorway to Cardiff whilst you are in the Principality.
