Great little French bistro, warm inviting space, nice waiters, amazing food AND open 24hrs!

How many more places can you stuble into at 5am after cheering for a football team all night and running around with a flag [yes, this was the night after Russia beat Netherlands in the Euro Cup 2008], I repeat STUMBLE into, and get the best coffee and a delicious salad with a fried egg on top?? That’s right, not too many! As a matter of fact, I can think of ONE! Ok, TWO, but the second is just the other location on Jan Jak! :)

The crowd is always mixed, mostly cool looking people or people who look like they are probably doing really cool things. Unless you come at slightly off times [such as 5am], it’s always pretty full, so call ahead for a table. If you don’t get a table though, you get a discount on the food if you eat at the bar!
