After searching around the internet for a few weeks and being very undecided on what voip services to take out to use with my new travel company. I came across Sure-Voip and there free trail which they offered, so took advanced of it.
We made the mistake of trying to save money and purchase voip phones else where. This was a massive mistake as we purchased older second hand phones which were not compatible with todays voip servers. Gavin and his team couldn't have been more helpful trying to work out ways of getting these phones to work even contacting us out of hours.
After about two weeks messing around with different phones we got one of the ones Gavin recommend from his website a Yealink T26P. It arrived next day and was set-up and working within about 10minutes of being out of the box. I believe the services and prices that are offered by SureVoIP are some of the best and cheapest out there. We will definitely be continuing to use SureVoip as the business expands and are phone needs also expand.

Thanks to Gavin at SureVoip I now have a my dream land line with 24-7 24-7 in the number. My clients and suppliers absolutely love it!
But my word what a fantastic service I have received. It’s so great to feel like a valued customer, not just a name and a post code.
When I needed help setting up my phone system Victor on technical support couldn’t of done a better job and I can highly recommend the Gigaset S79H handset, the call clarity is superb even in speaker mode
I would recommend SureVoip to anyone & everyone

We’ve been using SureVoIP since January and are still in the setup phase and are getting excellent support from Gavin and his team. So far I have not heard a single “can’t do” to any of my non-standard requests and the response time and personal support is brilliant.
We are just at the beginning of using VoIP but so far, the response from our employees was great. They can work from home and take/receive calls using their number on business trips and Disaster Recovery as well as our pending office move is as easy as clicking a checkbox on the dedicated web-interface to redirect all calls to mobile phones or landlines.
I won’t hesitate to recommend SureVoIP to others and have already done so.

Due to the nature of my needs to SureVoip services, it is the best on the market and I am getting the best support since I started to have their service. I actually find them on the internet by searching on google which they appeared to be the best in terms of price, offering the Number and so on.

We have been very impressed when dealing with SureVoIP. They have always acted professionally and shown a high level of dedication along with attention to detail.
They are able to provide a wide range of services and have become a rock solid provider of telecoms and hardware to us.

NetDev is based in Brighton, we’ve been a customer of SureVoIP(Suretec) since 2004. , SureVoIP are in Aberdeen, about as far as you can get from us in the UK, yet this has never affected the level of service or continuous operation of our data and voice networks over the years.
I’ve never been anything but thoroughly impressed by Gavin and his team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to handle your telephony – note that NetDev’s business is telecoms and for very large global operators, we can’t have anything but a flawless service from our provider! SureVoIP doesn’t let us down.

SureVoIP is an excellent service provider, backed by the well-established SureTec trusted by many local businesses as well as those further afield they understand VoIP and are happy to explain it to those that don’t – and could save your business a view pennies along the way.

We have used SureVoIP since December 2010, to allow us to keep our phone numbers when we moved office within Aberdeen.
As well as achieving that important goal, we’ve also seen a reduction in costs, and avoided the delays and costs that ISDN installations would have incurred.
We recommend SureVoIP to our customers without hesitation.

It was a pleasure to give you a Yealink T26P free of charge. You spent long enough using a four year out of date and unsupported phone :)
