I thought I was so jaded by sushi that I would never be impressed again. I was wrong!

Red Box Sushi is GREAT! I would probably give them four stars, but I am so happy to find a new sushi place that I actually like A LOT, that I am giving them all five stars!

I am a sushi minimalist - I eat sashimi, and drink green tea and sake. All three of these were amazing!

Sashimi was very fresh, had great texture, no fishy smell/taste, and was cut to perfect slices. I hate it when little Japanese places give you huge chunks of raw fish, thinking that this will make you happy. No, it doesn’t! I like my sashimi.. well, the way Red Box does it!

Inside space was good - they need some light fixtures, and some better chairs, and maybe something besides the Matrix to project on the wall… but that’s details.
