You can get some nice snacks and sweets in here, plus a selection of jams and soya products. There is not a wide a range as some of the bigger named health food stores but as this one is so central to Blyth it’s a good place to try.

After being used to paying over the odds in certain health food shops, I was pleased to discover this shop and walked in on a day of the sales. It’s fairly big and stocks food which is natural, healthy, suitable for vegans and people on a gluten free diet. From seeds, nuts, and rice crackers to dried fruit and confectionery. I did manage to over look the drinks selection in my crazy sale buying spree. This is a great place to buy your five a day because you don’t have to worry about things going rotten after a few days. There was some peculiar looking things that I hadn’t seen or heard of before and lots of favourite snacks too. Well worth a look if you’re after tasty treats.
