Thank you very much for your feedback and comments following your visit to the Cross Foxes. I am most grateful and am truly sorry that your visit was disappointing in some aspects. As you know, we are a very new business and while this is not an excuse, Dewi and I are to some extent still learning the trade. We clearly have some way to go to achieve our goals and offer the quality of service and food which we wish to be achieving. I can assure you that your comments will galvanise both us to review and rectify the areas of our fledgling business which are not yet functioning as well as we would like.
Please accept our sincere apologies and we would urge you to give us another try should you visit the area in the future. We are working hard to unlock the potential of the Cross Foxes and reach the point where we can consistently meet and exceed high expectations.
