Offensive content?

Review of Jobcentre from 27 June 2012

This place is a real shame... the staff are disorganised and on the day that I visited they had no record of the appointment that I had made to speak with an advisor. They are rude and consdescending and seem to have no knowledge whatsover of how to speak to people, which is frustrating, given that in a job centre they are supposed to offer support and encouragement. I worry that these people might be held as an example by others looking for work!
