City Ryders Cars

To be honest they don't even deserve 1 star!! I tried using them on Saturday night, called the office and was told my cab would take 12min. 15 minutes later the cab driver called me and said he was in holborn and that he was just waiting for his cab to get back, because someone else was using it.
What kind of a company shares cabs!! I would suggest never using this company and if you do, don't expect a good service.

I am actually a regular user of City Ryders service and they are always very helpful and the customer services is just brilliant. Thank you City Ryders and I definitely will be your permanent customer.

Used their services on saturday night from their registerd base station. went in to get a cab, their staff was playing cards on the shop floor. Asked for a cab to N3 3BA, was quoted £30 almost same as Black cab, Driver provided had to depend on his navigation even to start up his journey. car provided was a ten years old toyota and was dirty inside. driver could not communicate properly in english.Even with the help of satnav, we had to halp him in directions. Will never use their service again. Stick to Black Cabs

I called from my home to go to heathrow to be honest i am already late so i am little bit tensed, they answerd me very calmly and positive manner and they came very fast and they drive to airport fast and safe the main thing which i like they positive way and excellent customer service thank you: City Ryders
