Great service and very professional….had filler treatment as well as many other treatments with very minimal pain and bruising. Would highly recommend this clinic and would definitely go back for further treatment.

I booked some sessions through KGB a while back and the hair removal treatment has not worked. I have had quite a few sessions of IPL in the past and thought I would try laser for the last session to remove the last bit of hair. This was explained when I went for the patch test. My first session was using the gel and ball machine which did not remove any hair so I called after a few weeks to inform that this had not worked so was told to try the NdYag machine the next time. The beautician informed me that my hair type was not right for this machine and that it wasn't burning the hair. The NdYag was the machine that was advertised on the deal so surely a test patch should have been done using this machine first so as to have not wasted my money and time. I am basically in the same situation as before I went to Pasha in that I have the same amount of hair left on my body in the same places but I have lost out financially!!! When you email them you wont get a response for at least 21 days and then they lie about what has been said to you. I am still awaiting a refund. You try calling their phone line and they never answer!!! i am sure that this type of laser works for some but unfortunately not for me and they aren't willing to refund or come to any agreement . Lets hope now that I have contacted KGB something is done to resolve this problem!

You can only have a session every 6 weeks or so, so this treatment is a bit of a time investment. You cannot pluck or wax in between, as this would effect the follicle, but you can shave, and with results being seen after the second session, it has been worth the wait for me.
I have recommended Pasha to all my friends and will be trying other treatments there in the future. The staff, especially Fulden at the front desk have always been extremely friendly and helpful The clinic is small and unflashy, but the service is professional, and the location, just near Oxford Circus, is so easy to get to.
Thank you Pasha! Clementine

Love this clinic for laser hair removal!! Currently halfway through 6 session course of bikini and full arms hair removal. So far significant permanent reduction of hair. Have had to take a 4 month break due to several sun holidays. No hair has grown back and I’m very happy with the results so far and can’t wait to continue with my treatments.
Would highly recommend this clinic for laser hair removal if you are like me dark skinned (mixed race, white/Caribbean) as we are more prone to risk of burning when using lasers. I was extremely concerned about the risk of burning but have had no problems using the Yag laser. I would say I have had at least an 80% reduction of hair and I still have another 3 sessions to go.
My therapist (Handan) who I cannot speak highly enough is so reassuring and gets in every nook and cranny while making you feel at ease and not the least bit embarrassed at having intimate parts of the body on show
Also the clinic is nicely decorated with a lovely receptionist who is also very knowledgeable about the treatments they offer.
Am planning further treatments for hair removal on other parts of the body at this clinic.

Tucked away just off Regent Street, Pasha Clinic is a great little find that has found it's way to the top of my little black book of indulgences. Knowledgeable, friendly therapists set to work on you with efficiency & skill. Their treatments really do give brilliant results. I am a big fan of their vitamin mesotherapy (Dr Kargin is very gentle with the needle, she knows exactly where to plump you up!) and love trying out all the new technologies that this clinic provides (try the tripollar treatments for post 35 skin pick you up, you need a course, but wow, the mirror will approve). This clinic is my secret weapon against ageing, my skin has never looked better.

I agree with some of the reviews regarding the clinic. Everything is not 100% but saying that I didnt expect to be treated like a VIP red carpet client with the money I have paid.
The location of the clinic is great just located off of Regents Street and is very convenient.

With my microdermabrasion treatment it left my skin glowing & my lip filler looks so natural i am extremely happy. I use one of their new laser hair removal machines and it is painless i have just purchased another package of sessions for another area. They also have a new cellulite treatment called "temple" - its quite uncomfortable while the therapist was doing my treatment - but i could not believe the results. they are imediate! i have also bought a course of 5 treatments Goodbye cellulite :)
If your looking for a beauty clinic so freshen your skin or try new treatments - this is definately the place to go, would reccomend to everyone, Harriett Lawstone x

Ok, like another person who has posted here I am going to put my issues with this company in bullet point form, hopefully making it more objective and therefore harder for Pasha to get my comments removed as they have done with my earlier reviews:
1. Bought groupon voucher for lazer hair removal. Rung their phone off the hook but never managed to get through. Booked the appointment through Groupon and then waited for over 40 minutes in their waiting room for my patch test as they were clearly very overbooked because of the groupon customers. This annoyed me as it said vary clearly in their terms and conditions that if you missed or were late for an appointment without giving 24 hours notice you would be banned for 6 weeks and therefore forfeit one of the treatments you’d paid for, but they felt that it was acceptable for them to mess people around and keep them waiting for ages without so much as a sorry. This seemed a double standard to me.
2. Whilst I was there overheard a steady stream of people complaining – one woman was requesting details of the treatment she had received for her GP because the lazers had burnt her.
3. Heard staff speaking Turkish to each other when trying to deal with all the customers, which I thought was a bit off (I can recognise but not understand Turkish as I have a lot of Turkish friends).
4. When I finally got to have my appointment I felt that the girl really didn’t speak enough English to put me at ease. For example, I asked her if I’d be able to have the lazers on a particular area because I had some scar tissue there, and found that she had no idea what I was talking about. I have had lazer hair removal before and know that it could be quite dangerous to have lazers on darker areas of skin so this was quite worrying. I agreed to the patch test because a. these are usually done on the lowest setting and b. it was away from the actual scar tissue.
5. When I went to book the first session I was informed that the voucher I had bought for ‘half leg’ only applied to one leg…they wanted me to pay them more money if I wanted both legs! I felt that this was a scam. I asked for a refund but was told that I could not have one because I had used the patch test (how ironic that when I posted here a while ago they looked up my details and said that I had never received treatment – guess their reading of the situation depends on what suits them…). During this process the receptionist and a male colleague of hers were clearly talking about my case right in front of my eyes in Turkish as if I wasn’t even there. I think this is extremely bad form, and another person who has posted here mentions this.
6. I was then accused by the receptionist of being a scammer who went around getting patch tests to get rid of the hair for free. This is nonsense as the patch test was tiny and these are usually done on a very low setting. I certainly noticed no difference in the hair in the weeks after.
7. They refused to give me a refund so I decided to take the matter up with groupon. The receptionist still had my groupon sheet in her hand and I was waiting for her to give it back to me, when she said, very rudely, ‘What else you want?’ I didn’t think this was very nice. She was also dressed very casually in jeans and a loose jumper and her long hair down, and I could see the wrappings of her subway lunch in the glass bin under her messy desk. I don’t have anything against casual dressing and eating subway, but it created a very slovenly atmosphere in what is supposed to be a clinic in which some quite invasive procedures are carried out (such as injections etc.) and it didn’t speak of a particularly professional ethos or pride in their work. The receptionists in the other clinics I’ve used have all worn white jackets and been very well presented with hair up etc. I’m not saying they are always like this, but that’s what I saw that day.
8. Groupon eventually refunded the voucher after I complained. During this process I searched online and saw pages and pages of really bad reviews of the clinic. Many of them referred to Pasha clinic having failed a healthcare inspection a year before. You can still find a couple of references to this if you search online
9.
Some time later a Turkish friend of mine also
said she had had a bad experience there – also overhearing them being rude
about customers in Turkish and witnessing a stream of complaints.
10. When I want to the internet to show her some of the plethora of bad reviews that had been there before… voilà…they were all gone. I investigated a little more closely and found that some listings for Pasha Clinic had been listed as ‘closed’, and figured this is why the comments disappeared.
11. I hadn’t posted before as I felt that there were enough comments out there for people to get the picture, but made up my mind that I had to say something now because I thought it wasn’t fair for the clinic to play the system like this.
12. I posted a short critical review here, and was inundated with refutations from Pasha clinic, some of which were irrational – for example they accused me of being both a fake who worked for another salon AND an angry customer who wanted to abuse them – these two things are clearly mutually exclusive. They then tried to get my review removed – once unsuccessfully and the second time successfully.
13. They also looked up my details on their database – I felt like I was being stalked. These websites are for consumers to share views but Pasha is using them to thank customers for good feedback and refute anything bad. Can’t they just accept that some people don’t think they’re amazing? Don’t they seemingly have enough 5 star reviews to keep them happy? Why do they need to be so defensive?
14. I would advise people to look at the mix of reviews on here; the vast majority are either glowing or terrible, with very few middling ones. Is this normal? It is my personal opinion that many are not genuine.
The reason I have written such a long response is that I’m really offended by the way Pasha have tried to stop my voice being heard. I know that in the scale of things this isn’t terribly important, but if they had just respected my right to write a critical review in the first place this would probably have looked a lot better for them.Comment 26 comments on this review show all

I cant imagine how you had such a bad experience! Ive been 3 times to Pasha Clinic and each time has been fantastic! Why dont you take up your issue with the clinic rather than trashing them unesssarily online! If anyone doubts that i am genuine feel free to contact me directly!
-
catherinekit, 27 September 2012:
But the whole point is that this is a place where people can share their views! I’m not trying to trash them – I just want other potential customers to hear about my experience to help them to make their decisions. That way, they can read my bad review as well as your good one and make up their own minds.
That’s what this kind of website is for isn’t it? It isn’t about companies using these boards to thank people for good comments and refute bad ones, it’s so that consumers can share their views and experiences.
There would be no reason for me to contact the clinic – They can’t do anything about the fact that I (and a friend of mine) had a bad experience, I just want people to be able to view my review amongst other genuine ones and make their own choice.
I just find the lengths they go to to stop this kind of comment worrying as surely it’s normal for companies to get a mixture of reviews – ‘The lady doth protest too much, methinks’, if you know what I mean!

Wow lady, I actually feel sorry for you!! it is very clear that u have mental health issues (clearly by posting bad reviews over and over again) you are attacking this clinic…..let it go, move on and get your head sorted!!!
-
catherinekit, 29 September 2012:
I have had to re post because Pasha have had my comment removed – in my opinion unfairly.
I am not attacking them – I am just exercising my right to leave a critical review on this website, and I had to spell things out very carefully as Pasha were complaining at every opportunity. If you read my answer properly you will see that I actually say that this matter isn’t the most important thing in the world, but that I really felt that Pasha clinic were trying to stop my voice being heard and found it offensive.
In response to Pasha’s earlier comment, I’d like to make it clear that I visited the Central London Clinic, not the North London one.
Secondly, the review directly below mentions Dr Kargin (which I take to mean that she still works there now) if you search online there articles going back to 2006 saying it is her clinic, so it is clear that the staff cannot have entirely changed.

Owner's commentPashaClinic, 30 September 2012:
Dear Catherine
we need to make it clear that company called North London Limited owned few branches (one of them pasha clinic maddox) that they don’t exist now. If you search the companies house you can see our company is new with new management and new investor. Dr kargin still does treatment in our clinic as a self employed doctor. She is doing brilliant work as you see on the reviews. We discussed the issue with her. She never met you, She doesn’t know you. You had unpleasant time with the receptionist 2 years ago but you keep updating your review. There are negative reviews and positive reviews. Thats fine. They stay as they were posted. so people can see changes whether companies are doing better following bad reviews. Are they getting better reviews when time passes. If you obsessively update your review it doesn’t help public to see reality. You are not our client. we would love to see you as a client so you can witness our services. Please kindly look at he issues again and move on.My invitation to see you in our clinic is still there. i would be happy to discuss this face to face.
kind regards

catherinekit, 30 September 2012:
1. No part of my statement made it necessary for you to ask Dr Kargin about me. I did not say I had met or had any knowledge of her work, I simply presented sources of information demonstrating that there has been continuity of staffing in at least one case from 2006 until the present, which you admit yourself.
2. If you read my review you will see I had a bad experience with the lady who did the lazers and another member of staff as well as the receptionist. I also mentioned other aspects of the salon’s atmosphere and terms and conditions. I would be very grateful if you did not misrepresent me like that.
3. I only have one review on here, which I have only had to re-post once. I am not updating it, but am responding to replies that suggest that there is something wrong with me for posting, which I find offensive. You have also posted multiple times, yet I have not labeled you ‘obsessive’. If you were able to deal with criticism and ‘move on’, I would not need to reply, would I?
4. As I have already said, there is no need for me to come to your salon – all I want is to have my voice heard and not be misrepresented.

Just scrowling down these comments and i feel i have to comment after being a client of pashas for so long. Catherine, seriously – do you not read the comments that the company have left for you?… yes i agree you are entitle to your own opinion, but they have explained that the clinic you visited was a totally different company under different managment? I think what your doing is extremely unfair towards Pasha Clinic Mayfair, they obviously have nothing to do with the old company or how the old managment run their clinic. I have been coming to pasha clinic for just over a year and i am one of many happy customers. I am just so shocked to the extend you are going to writing such bad things when they have clearly explained to you – the company you went to before is no longer running under the same managment & has a different company name. The manager has even offered for you to come to the new and improved clinic but you show no interest. It is not Pasha clinic that is giving a false impression it is you!
-
catherinekit, 1 October 2012:
I have read their comments VERY carefully – they have plenty of links to the old company as they are called Pasha Clinic, have the same premises and also HAVE ACCESS TO MY DETAIlS on their database which they are looking up and posting on the Internet.
-
HarrietLawstone80, 1 October 2012:
woman what are you talking about? Pasha Clinic Mayfair is the only clinic running under this name. I know because i have also visited the clinic in north london which was under the old managment & company and i prefered because it is close to my home however now all other clinics have closed and the only one remaining is in Mayfair, which is a new company itself, which is fine for me because i now enjoy a day out shopping. Again i have just re-read the previous comments and i cannot see anywhere that they have posted your details on the internet. What reason would they have to post your personal details on the internet? if im not seeing correctly i believe you are the one writing your life story on a review website. You obviously have a mental health probem, i thought maybe you just didnt understand so i tried to break it down for you … Seriously what do you have against Pasha Clinic Mayfair? dont you understand IT IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU VISITED BEFORE ????
-
catherinekit, 1 October 2012:
I visited a clinic in Maddox Street that was called Pasha Clinic. They have posted here that they looked up my details and have revealed the date of my visit to the salon. Your review above isn’t that short either, but I’m not casting aspersions about your mental health.
-
HarrietLawstone80, 1 October 2012:
haha you are actually ridiculous. Yes the clinic you visited before was called “pasha clinic”… The company name is now called “pasha clinic mayfair” as the manager has stated in her above comment. It is a new company with a new managment team. Its funny because i cannot see that the manager has given any date of which you was ment to have visited the other clinic. You had clearly writen in your first review that you had attended the clinic for a consultation, she was simply replying to your complaint. Which should have done been personally by email in my opinion. All i can say if that anyone else is reading through these comments. I hope you understand that this clinic is not how this woman is describing it. I have attended the clinic on many occasions and so have my friends and family and we are extremely happy not only with the service but the results we have recieved from thr treatment.

Catherine, thanks a LOT for your review. I have considered booking a IPL deal for this salon but will NOT. So many vouchers available these days and it’s only reviews such as yours that makes it possible to make an informed decision. Harriet, you are a nasty person. Mental health issues just because of an opinion?! What century are you living in? It’s called democracy. Look it up.
-
HarrietLawstone80, 4 October 2012:
Dear Louboutinlady, I would strongly suggest you visit the clinic yourself before making your mind up ive said everything ive had to say in my previous comments, i could not recommend this clinic enough
-
hazel44, 11 October 2012:
Whoa Harriet lawston and tom smith I find it very strange that you have such knowledge and strong opinions in favor of a just a clinic you go to and that you find it so necessary to be so rude and insulting to someone you dont know who only wishes to leave her own personal review on here, are you both in some way associated with Pacha clinic perhaps you are friends or relatives of DR Kargin or are you possibly alias’s of Dr Kargin ?? If you are then you shouldn’t really be posting reviews as a customer on this site.

Please do not write things on assumption. And Please do not use Dr Kargin’s name personally. These clients are genuine clients of Pasha Clinic Mayfair. Dr Kargin does not need anybody else to favour her. As you see from the reviews she is one of the most successful doctor in the country. -

Dear Pacha clinic the fact that they mention they are genuine in their reviews means absolutely nothing in fact anyone writing a genuine review is more likely not to mention it!
I will make comments on as many reviews and in any way that I see fit and I do not appeciate being told what to do by you thankyou.
I received an appalling filler treatment at Pacha clinic by Dr Kargin she was disinterested in what she was doing and she left me brusied and sore and with lumps and a a raised mark on my upper lip which is still there after 8 months!! There is no way in hell that DR Kargin is one of the top doctors in the country that is a complete joke.
I was harassaed by the doctor and the clinic after leaving my review and still distresses me that you try to rubbish the genuine bad reviews on here and repeatedly post defamatory comments about the reviewers and post fake 5 star reviews.
Also very strange how most of the profiles leaving 5 star revew here on for pacha clinic have only left 1 review on the whole site not for any other clinic service or company.
finally just to clarify I do not have a relationship with catherine kit except here posting on this site.
If anyone would like to know more about the terible treatment i recieved at pacha clinic please feel free to contact me. -

I just have to write something, because I’ve never seen anything like it on a review site.
I was ready (credit card in hand) to buy the latest DealCloud offer. I (like many people) have had some disappointing experiences in Clinics but, having read your glowing reviews thought you might be worth the try. I was a little concerned they were all 5 star. Too good to be true? I thought for £99 it would be worth finding out.
I then read Catherine’s review. I was very interested and curious to read about her experiences. I did, however, think it was balanced out by the other shining reviews surrounding it. I was still willing to take the risk.
Then I read some of the comments from satisfied customers. These were – the only word I can think of – strange. It all felt so personal to them. The responses were so aggressive. They seemed disproportionate to the complaint being made. To be clear, I do not, for one minute, believe these satisfied clients are anything other than clients. I don’t think they are associated with the clinic in anyway, but alarm bells started ringing for me. What kind of place is this that inspires such a passionate response to someone simply offering their opinion on a review website? I again wondered why: is it there is only one poor review? Are people bullied off the site if they offer anything less than 5 stars? It was worrying. What if I had a bad experience and wanted to let people know about it? Should I expect to suffer the same type of abuse?
Surprisingly, (you might think) I still hadn’t quite put my credit card away. I understand a business is more than one bad review and a few passionate and vocal supporters. It’s about customer service. Feeling listened to. Patience. Professionalism. Respect. (Having worked for many years in the hospitality industry, I have experienced dissatisfied customers and know – instinctively as well as scientifically – what good looks like in this arena).
I then read the response from Pasha’s manager (who I had previously been reading about as professional and friendly). That is when I put my credit card away. Reading: “Which part you DIND’T understand”, “This site has become like your pleasure source as if you have no other source of pleasure. You left your review and everyone has seen it. OK. Enough. Move on.” was enough to make me know I would never be spending money at the clinic. No matter how good the deal.
In a few handy emails I knew everything I needed to know about the management of this company (who are also the people who set the tone and are therefore representing Pasha Clinic).
They do not deal well with criticism (not great to lack this skill when client facing). Instead of (as you might be taught in customer service training), asking more questions to see how they can help resolve the issue and improve (showing the reader – me – and the dissatisfied customer that they are always open to getting better – which would in turn have explained why they have so many 5 star reviews…you learn from your mistakes like all brilliant companies), Pasha were defensive. Yes, by all means explain patiently that Pasha is now under new ownership but the offer to view the new clinic was done without warmth or real encouragement. I read the first email and – although all the right words were there – it didn’t feel like a genuine attempt to gain a new client. More of an attempt to prove you’re not the same company and therefore not to blame.Pasha’s responses disintegrate from there. The tone, not only becoming more defensive and frustrated (the customer is always right is a handy mantra in these circumstances for good reason), but eventually aggressive: the tone of the second email is certainly not warm and friendly, or patient and understanding. The manager accuses the writer of being obsessive… and then invites her for a face to face! Personally, there was nothing in that email to lead me to believe I would be listened to when taking time to visit the clinic. The grammar, punctuation and sense goes from email 2 onwards (I’m not brilliant at this myself, but were I ever posting something on an International forum, with my company’s name attached, I would be asking someone to proof read it before posting). It’s not that grammar etc. is particularly important in itself, but it betrays the haste, anger and annoyance of the writer. This wasn’t written with cool, professional head. This was written with some spite and lots of indignation – again, not a sign of a functioning and well run company; the comments, being far from constructive, were not aimed at moving the conversation forward or resolving the issue so that both parties feel happy. Again, they were defensive and angry. They even got threatening – and in a public domain. (“We have to take it further to related authorities.”).
After reading how this manager has dealt with this rather minor problem, from a clinic that apparently no longer exists, would I trust her to deal compassionately and sympathetically to any complaints that might arise were I to visit Pasha? I’m afraid not.
Now you might read this and think, they have a right to feel like that and to write these comments. Yes, everyone does have that right but, well, that’s the point: you can choose to vocalise it but then you live with the consequences. What are the consequences? Well, we know two people that won’t be coming back (Catherinekit and Hazel44) and I won’t be buying the deal. That’s 3 lost clients. I wonder how many other people read these comments, felt like me, and decided not to use Pasha’s services?
This is a subjective thing, so there will be those out there that will feel I am being unfair and unreasonable but, at the end of the day whether I’m lucid, over emotional, irrational or a savvy business woman isn’t the point. The bottom line is this: Pasha Clinic Mayfair just lost 3 customer. Money in the bank x3. 3 people that would buy the cheap deal, maybe have a wonderful experience and remain loyal; 3 people buying other products and further services at full price. 3x people that will recommend them to friends and family. 3 people that might write another 5 star review, gaining them more customers. More business.
You might ask why is she writing such a long post? I’m not even a wronged customer. Firstly, I’ll be honest, this is such a strong example of what not to do that I have to take a copy for training purposes. I don’t feel it fair to do this and not try to offer you some of the lessons I hope my colleagues will take from it. Secondly, I’m taking the time to give this feedback because Pasha must be doing something right. All of these 5 stars can’t be an accident. Clearly you engender loyal and passionate support from your customers. That’s really hard to buy and I know companies out there that would kill for that! However, simple mistakes (usually to do with an error in recruitment), can have devastating effects on businesses, especially small ones. The manager of Pasha has done her company a dangerous disservice. So much of your revenue is generated from happy customers. Having a customer service that is sensitive to this is essential to survive in today’s very difficult climate. Customers can ‘walk with their feet’, and will be doing so more and more now as we hunt for better deals and better service. This is a brilliant, real life example of ”One happy customer tells a friend. One unhappy customer tells everybody”. You may have lots of 5 star reviews but most prospective customers only read the first few and skim the rest. They do however, read 1 or 2 star review very carefully. Especially if there aren’t many of them…
It might be just a training issue but please, take my advice and work very hard on your customer service.I hope my feedback has, in some way, been of use to you.
Dr Kargin is fantastic! She is clearly very experienced and extremely talented. She took time to look at the images i brought in and drew a little diagram to detail where and how much filler she would inject. She let my friend, who is considering the same filler, observe the procedure so that she could make an informed decision about her lips.
Dont be put off by the small, relaxed appearance of the Clinic itself, its very neat and clean and its the results and treatments that are most important!
Before the filler is injected a numbing cream has to coat the injection site for 20mins to minimise discomfort. This isnt particularly pleasant and can drip a bit but is worth it to ensure an almost pain free injection! On both occasions ive asked for more numbing cream to be applied after some of it has absorbed and im sure this is what has made both procedures ive had so pain free.
Before the injection itself, Dr Kargin confirms the look i want and cleans my lips, she shows me the product itself and gives me the tab containing the product code and type for future referance. I cant remember the exact amount of injections but i think it was about 8, (around 6 in the top lip and 2 in the bottom lip) she periodically asks me to sit up so she can check the balance and shape and i can have a look in a mirror.
Theres a little bit of moulding and massaging to be done and then its all done! I'm told the finished result will be approximately 25% less than what i see now as some of the product is water and the swelling increases the size short term. Im also told to not touch my lips and given Dr Kargins direct contact number for any problems or complications (however rare) that may occur.
Over the next 24 hours my lips increase in size dramatically and then begin to settle. They dont feel sore, just a bit tight and a feel little bit bruised and look red and a bit tender. Drinking is hard and needs to be done through a straw but this is not really a problem at all.
When i wake up the next day theyve settled even more to a nice even shape and i have a lot more movement and the feeling is returning to normal, just a tiny bit stiff.
When looking back at the images i showed Dr Kargin, i realise just how much my my lips look how i wanted!
Overall a good experience, very reasonable prices, very minimal discomfort and a fantastic result! I will absolutely be returning to this Clinic.
