Fast food restaurant, or if you really need to then it can be a drive through. The facilities are kept resonably clean in comparison to other fast food restaurants and drive throughs. A place you can find nearly anywhere and is usually located just off the motorways and major roads. It is perfect for the kids and is very quick service with the drive through! Would recommend if driving and need to get somewhere in a hurry!

This McDonalds is one of only a small handful in Barnsley and is located within the Asda complex (you get a lot of McDonalds in Asdas, they must do a deal). Anyway it is a smallish restaurant but very clean and welcoming with very friendly staff. As ever with McDonalds the prices are low and the food is hot and to my mind rather tasty. I don’t go there all that often but if you are going to the supermarket after work as I do and you fancy a quick snack then it really does hit the spot. It’s only an occasional treat but I do enjoy it when I go here.

Not there anymore! Now a Halifax!! The nearest McDonalds is at the bottom of Old Mill Lane, on the same site as the Asda!
