Sierra Car & Van Hire

I hired a van here the other week and unfortunately it had a broken heater and windscreen blower, however, after raising the issue with the owner he was genuinely upset and apologetic that i’d had less than an ideal experience. I was given a full refund AND a voucher for a days free hire of another vehicle, which is honestly more than i was expecting, and was the best example of customer service i’ve had from any company in ages.

So all in all, despite some initial problems, the company bent over backwards to put things right, which is a rare thing these days, and is the reason im giving 5 stars. I would definately go back and im sure the next van i get will be fine.

What a great experience ! Very, very friendly staff and very helpful. I hired from them just before Christmas and was offered sweets and Christmas Clementines free !! I will definately use them again.
