Oh wow today didn't know where to sit water was dropping on tables & floor, i was a bit concerned as we are disabled however this was soon addressed by the lovely manageress not sure of her name it maybe natasha? oh bless she was out there drying the tables for customers sitting, i did note many people looked then walked away. the man drying off the floor was on a no win situation, i was ready to put a plastic carrier bag on my head to keep dry since we hadn't been out for 3 weeks we wanted our weekly fix of bettini's coffee & scone LOL! nothing was stopping us. I have given 5 star rating but can we please have the other cook who does the scones is that person poorly or on hols as todays cook had far to much bicarb & spoilt your wonderful reputation, you can tell straight away.
You have a lovely team working under difficult conditions which is down to Manor Walks as when we where on the move other retail outlets where complaining I am contacting them regarding this matter as it is a accident just waiting to happen.
