We really enjoyed our three days in this hotel, which is well-situated, between the Old Town Square and the castle across the Vltava River. We wanted a reasonably-priced but clean lodging and got it. The breakfast is excellent and people at the reception are courteous. There is an elevator for those allergic to stairs. Our room was at the top, with sloped ceilings. It was cheerful and looked newly renovated. The only thing was that we could not get internet to work for us.

I would highly recommend this place for those looking for comfort (our mattresses and bedcovers were heavenly!) and good access to most of what walking tourists want to do in Prague. The quiet street had a few attractions of its own, just by way of architectural details and the usual well-preserved city structure.

If I return to Prague (and hope to), this will be my first hotel to look for a reservation. I do not have any other experience in the city, but this one was good enough to want to return.
