Great venue and atmosphere. They could do with changing the vegetarian burger to a vegetarian patte rather than a mushroom. No complaints other than that. We had a great evening in teh Kararoke booth(s) too.

Great Karaoke pods, had a great time in there for a friends birthday. The staff looked after us well and the all you can eat wings wednesdays are AMAZING!!!

The karaoke pods are excellent, but the food, whilst expensive (£10 for a burger) is so unexceptional as to make it bland and worth not even half the price.

We were first seated by the open windows which they refused to shut even though it was freezing, then they moved us to under the air conditioner which was colder. The service was poor, I think they were overstretched and we had almost finished dinner when the drinks arrived.

We refused to pay the service charge which they happily took off the bill. A normal occurance perhaps? We were a party of ten so perhaps that explains the delays etc. However the food needs to be changed or cheaper
