The Loughborough Boots is a little on the small side for me, great for the essentials but cannot compete with the stores in Nottingham, Leicester and Derby.

The staff are friendly and as you would expect from Boots well trained. Waiting times for the tills are generally good but be prepared for a waits of up to 20mins at the Pharmacy.

Boots are great, get all my medicines from there, they are very efficient, and the store is always neat…. never have to wait long.. the staff are always friendly nice and polite. so yea,, not really much to criticise really. all possitive i guess!! They always deal with my requests as quickly as possible.
