I have been to N.Spa less then a hand full of times and I have recommended for my mother and daughter to go also. The owner is very welcoming and the other girls are very accommodating. I have had a facial done recently and the therapist made me feel very relaxed and she had very soft hands which felt nice on my skin and the products she chose to use on my face where very nice and gave me a nice glow.

I did a "luxury" gel manicure at N-SPA (wowcher offer) and it was a disaster.
The lady who did the manicure was unpleasant and did not bother to ask how my nails should be shaped (and filed them way too short). She also painted on layers that were way too thick. As a result the manicure looked completely fake.
To add insult to injury, the polish started peeling off like glue after just one week (presumably because she applied such thick layers)!
I have had gel and shellac manicures before and never encountered such a poor result.
Having read the earlier 5 star reviews, I have a strong suspicion that they have been posted by NSPA. There is no way in the world any genuine customer could rate that place so highly - the service and results were appalling and I will definitely not be returning.

Reading these reviews above makes me wonder if i went to the right salon. A friend and I went here for a luxury gel manicure, well there wasnt anything luxury about it i must say. I get more of a luxury manicure at my local salon where i pay half the price for their everyday manicure. It was more of a DIY job. The scrub, basically you wash your hands with a scrub at the sink and the "luxury hand mask" you rub some cream on your hands and sit with some warm gloves on for 15 minutes. Not even a week after the gel nail varnish has been on and its chipped and peeling off. Its a very small salon, semi-professional looking and the staff were only mildly pleasant. I wouldnt recommend this to anybody looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience.

N Spa is my home away from home. Vita and team are always there with their expertise, a cup of team and any number of fabulous treatments. I could not recommend more.

I originally used the google search engine to find a nail salon near west kensington and once i had my waxing and nails done, i can confirm its probably the cleanest and nicest salon in london with greg service.

I have been going to N.SPA for a while now and absolutely love it.
I always get the gel polish which lasts for up to 3 weeks. I have also used their waxing and facial treatments; all brilliant. The beautician and the nail technitions are all really good at their job, and really care about customer satisfaction.
overall, ever since I visited N.SPA I have not been to any other place and will continue with my business there.

The best place for all treatments in London. Highly recommend the Shellac three-week manicures and the micro-dermabrasion facials. Really great atmosphere in the spa and love the new feature of iPad to use whilst having treatments done

Hello to all the Kensington borough residents, we finally have a nail salon that offers top quality service... Before Nspa I use to have to travel for a A* treatment and it is truly satisfying to get such good treatments in the area and above all at very good prices... The Salon is so cosy and the staff are very kind and attentive. Complimentary tea or coffee is always offered and I genuinely feel pampered after a session at Nspa... Highly recommend it and I have no doubt that everybody will have a good experience there. Just note parking can be difficult sometimes but after all we do live in London so that's no surprise!!!

Very beautiful interior that is very inviting and comfortable, felt at home with the friendly staff and owners and was offered a drink. The work is also amazing, I had a mani pedi and got a amazing massage with it that I never do in other spas and left feeling great!
