I attended the Ballroom & Latin taster class and thoroughly enjoyed it. You could see that the instructor was very passionate about dancing and enjoyed his job. As a complete beginner I was able to understand the moves and there was enough repetition for me to more or less get the knack of it, without it becoming boringly repetitive. It was fun to learn the basics of four dances which enables you to get a taste for each in order to decide which to pursue. The only trouble is remembering what we were taught now, think I’d better sign up to a course of lessons!

I really enjoyed the course of 5 Bollywood classes. Emiko was lovely and friendly, and she took us through the routines at just about the right pace – at first it seemed quite fast, but after the first couple of sessions I was able to pick it up more quickly. Emiko also gave us a good amount of information about the various dance styles we were trying. She was non-judgmental and encouraged us not to be embarrassed if we didn’t get the routines first time – which I really appreciated as a slightly apprehensive complete beginner! – but she also showed us how to improve our technique if we were interested. The classes were loads of fun, the music was great and I left each one with a smile on my face. I’ll be back for more! Nataliya who runs the school was also friendly, helpful and approachable.

I’ve caught the Samba bug… love it :p I took a couple taster classes & have just signed up for the course, not only do you get to learn the Samba but it’s a fun booty shakin workout!
Aneta is an excellent instructor with an infectious energy – mesmerized by the way she moves.
Would highly recommend – also looking forward to trying other classes Dancebuzz has on offer :)

I just finished the 5-week samba course in Islington: They are excellent workout and great fun! Even though you might feel awkward (and a little frustrated) the first time you will feel great about yourself afterwards and leave the class with a smile on your face. There is a short choreography which students learn but it becomes easier and easier if you regularly attend the class as the basic moves are practised at every class.

I tried two classes - zouk and samba, and I loved them both. The teachers are brilliant, fun, enthusiastic and clearly know their stuff.
Both classes had a fun, light and encouraging atmosphere. I was surprised how much I learnt in just one class each without almost realising it, the time went so quickly.
Highly recommended!

Had taster classes - Bollywood and street dance, enjoyed both and would recommend to anyone who wants to get a feel of different dance styles before joining longer courses. The instructors were excellent and really by the end of the session you'll be able to do the routine and enjoy it, even if it's your first time and you have two left feet like me! :)

The 8 week Bollywood course,Esporta Islington has been extremely enjoyable. To my surprise despite being a complete beginner, I was able to follow the moves taught by the cheerful and encouraging instructor,Emiko.A different routine was taught each week- classical, bhangra, modern Bollywood etc with clear explanations about the technique. The emphasis was on having a go rather than getting everything done perfectly and this was a great incentive to keep going back each week. This course would suit anyone who loves dancing as you don't need to be super flexible to do it! You just need to love moving to music.

Recently attended Zumba & Bollywood dance classes - both at Esporta Islington & both great. Zumba's brilliant for a mix of lots of different dance styles & a great workout - you burn off a lot of calories but don't feel like you're exercising - just having a lot of fun! Bollywood was pure fun - really enthusiastic teacher & we ended up learning & doing a little dance routine by the end of the class too. Definitely recommend for a fun hour to learn something new & work up a sweat at the same time.

I have attended a Street Dance class at the Gym Box near Bank station and enjoyed it very much. Daniel (the trainer) was so much fun and full of positive energy. I loved the class, the vibe and the wicked pop moves I have learned to imitate Beyonce and Timberlake!
Awesome, I highly recommend this class!

I completed an 8 week course recently. Really fun sessions, laid back approach, and a gradual build up of the steps so that they really sunk in! Would highly recommend.
