I just wanted to write a quick message on here because the customer service agent I talked to at Melrose Jewelers--I think his name was Trevor?--was so knowledgeable about everything having to do with watches that I couldn't believe it. I must have talked to him for over an hour asking him everything imaginable about all different kinds of Rolex watches before I finally made a purchase. Thank you for your time! And the watch!!

When I started looking for a watch for my fiancé, I came across a few places but felt the most comfortable at Melrose Jewelers. They are all very friendly and don't pressure you at all.
My biggest piece of advice if you're having something custom made is to find a picture of the watch that is as close as possible to what you envision, then tweak it. Jessie was very helpful and helped me choose the type of watch I wanted. In fact, Jessie showed me 3 pictures of the Rolex watch before we were finally happy with it. (The last one was completely different from the first 2.) Even through all that, he was 100% patient and understanding about my indecisiveness. The final result was stunning. This is a place we feel like we can trust, and I am so happy with their service.

I’ve purchased two Rolex watches from Melrose Jewelers and feel nothing but satisfaction with their service. Scott, the sales associate, helped me choose a ladies rolex watch for my daughter who was graduating college. He was and extremely professional. I looked at the Rolex Datejust, and Rolex Day Date President, and after some time on the phone he helped me decide on the rolex oyster perpetual lady date just.

I highly recommend Melrose Jewelers if you are in the market for a Rolex watch and are smart enough to know that a pre owned Rolex is a better decision.

I have only purchased 1 used Rolex at Melrose Jewelers, but they treated me like I had known them for years. I have looked at and bought used Rolex watches at other stores (both online and in storefronts) and I have to say this was the easiest of them all.

This being the second pre owned Rolex I’ve bought for myself I figured I should just spend the money and get a top shelf model. I mean since I was saving roughly $20,000, I might as well go all out right? Being in business my whole life, I know a good deal when I see one.

Bottom line: I wouldn’t hesitate to shop at Melrose Jewelers again.

Purchasing from Melrose Jewelers was so easy. They were really helpful and professional. Even though I only bought a Rolex submariner, they didn’t treat me any different than if I were buying a brand new $30,000 rolex president. When the rolex submariner arrived at my doorstep it looked even better than the picture lead me to believe. The rolex prices they have are affordable and fair.
