If you want high quality French and Swiss chocolates this is the place to go. Since I tried their chocolates for the first time in 2009 I never went to any other high end chocolate shops again. My favourite is “gianduja” but they always have new varieties . My friend had her wedding favours done there and they looked fab!
Disappointment after disappointment with this shop. The fact I specifically asked for something and checked three times that was what I was getting was correct only to find out upon getting home it was incorrect is but one.
This shop gets pre-made chocolates in Belgium which in and of itself if not bad. It was part of my recent chocolate tour of London and the window was absolutely colourful. This shop has a friendly exterior which matches its friendly interior. There is both chocolate and artistic glass on sale here next to the Jaguar shop, not far from Harvey Nichols.
For generic Belgian chocolate if you’re in the area, I’m sure this shop will be fine – provided you don’t want something specific in which case forget it.

If you’re looking for very high quality chocolates, you’ll find them here. The staff are very professional in helping you make your selection (excatly what you’d expect at the prices they charge). They seem to know all the names of the different chocolates and their ingredients even with the slightest variation in shape or ingredient. There’s also lots of very exquisite china and crystal tableware on display.
