Had a valuation from move2 which was correct infact more then my inital asking price, tenants move2 found for me are great, i still get the odd call from move2 asking if every thing is going well with my tenants or if i need any help throughout the tenancy all advice regards to gas safety and deposit protection helped me as i had no ideas about these new legislations but move2 advised and helped me which was great, they understood my needs very proffesional service. highly recomend the service,
