Good range of quality bicycles and they were helpful when I made my purchase and was given 2 vouchers to have the bike checked over and serviced later.  However, a problem arose when I decided to book mine in last Saturday as I was going to Oxford, I was told to drop it off and collect on the Monday, a problem for me as I don't live in Oxford and work in London, so getting to the shop on a weekday is not possible let alone every weekend.  I was told that there would be a charge of £5/day for leaving the bike with them beyond Monday.  When I tried to call them again to try and sort out a compromise I had to leave a voice message and they never called back.  I have a big brand shop like this locally where I live that is keen to sell you the bike but loose interest when it comes to delivering after sale service.  Not happy and deciding it was not worth the trouble of pursuing this further I decided to use a small local service shop and won't be using Beeline again

GIVING BEELINE A BUZZ MAY END UP A STING. Can’t comment on the shop’s in-store service, however, the web and store telephone service is atrocious. No-one picks up, neither do they return the messages left on the shop phone, or what sounds like a home answer machine on their web line, in a timely manner. I suspect the web site inventory system needs a bit of an upgrade as it allows a product to be sold to someone else while it’s in your basket. All in, if you want to order cycle products via the net, there are a lot better services out there – apologies for the cheese, but I won’t be making a bee line to this retailer.

Excellent bike shop in oxford. A good bike will cost you money (if you want it to last longer than six months), and this is one of the places to get it. They really know what they're talking about and it's reassuring to see many people cycling their bikes into the shop for a regular visit. Good for accessories and clothing as well.

Really Great Shop. I went in with a collegue to pick up his bike. The Guys are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite even when they are superbusy. Happy to suggest a cheaper option and immediately adjusted the price when something was incorrectly labelled. On the ball. Will be going back to get my bike there, when I have some money ;o)

Went here to try a bike I was thinking about buying. Had to wait a while for someone to see me and when I told them which bike he took 3 wrong bikes down before finding the right one! Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence!

Have had friendly and helpful service here. There workmanship has been of the highest quality for repairs, and they have been helpful in dealing with my insurance company after damage and theft.

Prices for bikes and parts are as low as anywhere, and they have a good range of low to high end bikes.

They do not sell many very cheap student-type bikes, but DO NOT go to the nearby cycle king under any circumstances. They once told me you didn’t really need the front brake (after it failed on day 1).

One of a number of bicycle shops on Cowley Road, Beeline have a quality range of bicycles (compared to some of their competitors), though their prices are reflective of this. The staff are very helpful and look to give advice where possible. Their range is quite small, however, so it may be worth looking around.

This shop contains a wide variety of bikes, bike related components and clothing. It is nice to browse around, however if it busy, which it quite often is, you may have a wait to speak to someone.
That said the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Thank goodness for a slightly more specialist bike shop in Oxford. This has got some decent road and mountain bikes for those who like to escape the town centre every now and again. The staff know what they’re talking about and prices, whilst not as cheap as some bigger chains, are not unreasonable. There’s also a fair selection of cheaper bikes. Less range than Cycle King, but the places just seems to be better quality and you get the feeling that the exact same bike from here would last twice as long. You can test ride bikes without feeling overly observed and the staff take the time to help you choose according to your needs and your budget.
