I am now a regular customer at The Gallery of Beauty in Hounslow (near the rear of M+S). The staff are very polite and talented, nothing is too much trouble. Not since Jeffrey's in the 80s has there been such a fantastic hair salon in Hounslow. Well done!

I've been to the salon a few times for a cut & Keratin treatment (first Keratin treatment I ever had was here). Friendly, clean, little salon - drinks offered on arrival & prompt attention. I travel an hour to get here & traffic is sometimes bad but so polite & helpful when i rang to let them know I was going to be late.
Overall - Haircut good, had colour a couple of times which was Good, Keratin good (swear by it as without me hair is a frizz ball), service good & polite. Do struggle sometimes with them talking polish around me but hey the cost is so reasonable & so a little inconvenience made up for by value for money.
However, I did read the comment below about the weaker mix of Keratin & must admit I had noticed on my last visit that my hair did frizz a little after a wash (previously I hadn't had to use straighteners but this time I needed to on occasion) & the treatment didn't last as long this time round.

I am a frequent client of Gallery of Beauty. My husband and two sons are also regular customers. I have always been impressed by the professionalism of staff and customer service. The salon is always clean and the level of hygiene is extremely high which is particularly important given the nature of services provided. I am always pleased with the services whether it's a skin treatment or haircut. In addition the owners Beata and Aneta create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. I believe Gallery of Beauty is one of the best salons in the area and would highly recommend it.

I had previously had a Brazillian blow dry back in Nov which was very good, when I went for a return visit 2 weeks ago I noticed that the solution did'nt seem as strong and after I got home and washed my hair 2 days later it was as wavy as before, I called and explained the situation and they said they were happy to redo it for me. When I turned up for my appointment with my 2 year old daughter in her pushchair the Manager and Owner were visable annoyed that I had brought her with me and were continually talking to each other in Polish which obviously is incredibly rude, they then told me that they would only do the blow dry again if I agreed to buy their shampoo and condititoner which cost £20, as they had done this 1000's of times and I was the only person it hadnt worked on!!, I agreed to buy them, all the while the Owner was standing giving me dirty looks, but the final straw was when I asked if I could take my daughter to the toilet and they said no it was broken, in the end I walked out in disgust. I am a qualified Nail Technican and would never dream of treating my clients as they treated me, I feel I have pretty much thrown £60 down the toilet with no come back.

My name is Beata and I am the owner you have mentioned. I’m sorry but it is absolutely untrue what you wrote here. I have 4 children myself and I would never be annoyed if someone brought the children to the salon as we are very child friendly Salon. You have seen yourself that the loo wasn’t working on that day and you got extremely upset about that. Those things happen in any place (by the way it’s fixed now)
In my opinion you have got upset because we have asked you to buy the proper after care products as we agreed to redo your hair for free and we wanted to be sure that you use right shampoo&conditioner.
I’m very sad that you wrote this review as you were only the person who was rude to everyone on that day.

Bistocat, 25 June 2012:Hi Beata, its nice to finally talk to you as on the day in question you didn’t say one single word to me. Everything I have said is 100% true, when I called to say what had happened with my hair there was no mention of the fact I would have to buy your shampoo and conditioner, I was only told that when I arrived at the salon. As I have explained to your Manager on several occasions I am a Qualified Nail Technician so therefore I have a beauty supplier card, this is where I get my shampoo and conditioner which is definitely suitable for Brazilian blow dry’s ( I would have brought it with me if you wanted clarification) so being told you would only sort my hair out if I bought your products at overly inflated prices did make me a little angry, but at no stage was I ever rude. With regard to the toilet, having 4 kids yourself you will appreciate that it is impossible for a 2 year old to wait over an hour to go to the toilet, if you didn’t have adequate welfare facilities for your customers should you even be open in the first place and what where your staff doing when they need the loo? Im very sorry you’re upset with the review, but I am equally upset that I paid nearly £60 on a treatment that hasn’t worked.

I went to the Gallery of Beauty for a Brazilian Blowdry deal about a year and a half ago, and now visit the salon every month for something or other!!!! The hair stylists are really great, the results of the Brazilian are flawless...and THE BEAUTICIAN IS AMAZING!!!! The mani pedi is perfect, the masage bliss and facials totally out of this World. You would be a fool to use any other salon in the area, in my opinion x

I went to the Gallery of Beauty for a Brazilian Blow-dry and cut in mid March this year and absolutely LOVED the service and the results and will be going for another treatment next week. So excited! =) The staff was very nice and courteous and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I would definitely recommend everyone to give this salon a try and I'm sure they'll love it as much as I do...

I have been looking for a nice local Salon in Hounslow for ages… Believe me there are around two hundred of them in this area! Finally I have found something I really like…
Gallery Of Beauty is sparkling clean, with bunch of fresh flowers on the table, serving coffee&tea on your arrival. Staff is very pleasant, receptionist making you feel always welcome.
I wish it was a little bit cheaper so I could come more often but …if you want to have great service you need to add couple of pounds extra…

its not often I take the time out to write a review but thought the Gallery of beauty deserved a mention. Staff are European but speak English well and are friendly. The salon is lovely and modern and so clean. They offer you something to drink and give you plenty of magazines to keep you busy whilst the treatment is applied. MTV is on the big screen in the background which is great, adds to the atmosphere. I used a voucher so I had the treatment done at much cheaper then the original rate but was not treated any less for using a voucher, unlike some other salons! Hounslow is by no means close to me in London but was so worth making the trip there! I can highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

I have used a Groupon voucher at Gallery of Beauty for a Brazilian Blow Dry.
The hairdresser was compentent in her job. The salon was clean and there was a tv playing music in the background, which to be honest you need as the hairdressers are all polish and therefore are not fluant in English, but they do speak to you and hold conversations.
Would I go back? yes, definately.
I received my voucher yesterday and was given 2 appointment slots for today, which from previous Groupon voucher for Ginger group have not been able to offer 7 day appointments or would cancel at short notice... The receptionist was knowledgeable in the Brazilian Blow dry product which they use ENZO. They did not pressure you into buying aftercare products unlike Ginger Group.

I have recently been encouraged to try a new local salon by a Polish friend of mine, I have always envied her beautiful skin and she told me about her Beauty therapist Aneeta I think her name is?!
I have been 3 times in the last few weeks for facials and a manicure and I am so pleased with the almost immediate results I have felt with my facials and loved the professionalism in which I have been treated! I hope everyone who reads this will give it a go, it is not very often you get great customer service let alone results!
