4 stars for The Lord's Tavern
Review of The Lord's Tavern from 30 June 2011

This place was so much better than I expected. They were serving 4 ales, the two I had..the Marstons EPA and the Ringwood Boondoggle were both really nice. Had some food too which was tasty, but was unfortunately served in small posh portions.

The decor is crickety and woody (both good things) and the barmaids were cheerful and friendly.

I would avoid on the days of cricket matches though, it'll either be closed (I assume for corporate events during big (international) games) or it will be packed tight, ruining its charm.
