5 stars for a sandwich shop and takeaway? Yes indeed! Rapid fire service that handles a long lunch line with ease. Friendly and efficient staff. 3 guys behind the counter working totally in sync like a well-oiled machine, makingflippinggrillingwrapping and cashing you out with incredible speed. The prices are very reasonable at £3-4.50 for wraps and toasted ciabattas.

The list of sandwich choices is so long that if you’re having one of those “i don’t know what i feel like eating” days you will be more than relieved if there’s a queue so you can have a few minutes to decide what you want.

I liked the sound of about 5-10 of the 50 or so odd sandwiches available but ended up going with the greek chicken wrap that really hit the spot. Grilled chicken, tzatziki, chilli, hummus, tomato, salad… I think that’s about right but I may have still missed a key ingredient. In any case, delicious warm sandwiches, highly recommended.
